AJ Rhys, Owner & Manager
A Lily Hollow native, AJ graduated from Lily Hollow High and later received a BBA from the University of Chicago. She returned to Lily Hollow after the death of her husband, and now is heavily involved in renovation projects and the revival of town events.
Matthew Atkins, Asst. Manager
Matthew hails from Cedar Hill, TX. He earned an Associates of Business and now pursues carpentry as a hobby when he isn't playing barista in the Bookshop Hotel Cafe.
Ivy, Bookseller & Artist
I refuse to post my last name, and I also insist on writing this in the first person to ensure this sounds as much like an AA meeting as possible: Hi, my name is Ivy and I am here because I love books and Lily Hollow, and the Bookshop Hotel.

Cashier and bookseller...some of the time. General hoverer and meddler most of the time.
